Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders placed on BeautiqaLab are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

U.S. Shipping & Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more within the contiguous United States (before taxes and after applicable discounts).

Orders under $350 are subject to shipping fees calculated based on package weight.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are subject to a $39.90 flat-rate shipping fee and are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BeautiqaLab cannot be held liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Address correction requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing an order by contacting hello@beautiqalab.com

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of any damage for documentation purposes.
